Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm CST will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Personalized product varies due to waiting on proof approval from our customers. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Free Shipping: All orders over $35.00 are entitled to Free Standard Ground Shipping. This includes contiguous U.S. states only.

Attentiveness to Packaging: We take multiple steps to ensure the protection of our product when it is being shipped out of our warehouse. Please let us know if shipping has damaged your purchase in any way.
